Ignacio Ordejón Zuckermaier


He has been a lawyer since 1995 with the a focus on Employment Law, Individual Employment Law, Sales Representative Law, and Distribution Rights.

As a member of the Commission on Commercial Law and Practice of the ICC, “Task Force on Agency and Distributorship”, he was involved in creating the “Selective Distribution Contract Template” (2004).

After 16 years as a partner in a midsize law firm with a Commercial Law background in Düsseldorf, he joined the team at ATN’s Ratingen location at the beginning of 2015.

As a Spanish native speaker, he also looks after Commercial Law matters for German-Spanish clients. He conducted various lecture tours in Spain on the topic of distribution systems in Germany over the last few years (e.g., at Foment Nacional del Traball, Barcelona, on the topic “Access to the German Market – Legal Framework”, April 2013, and La Rioja Chamber of Commerce: “Distribution Systems in Germany”, 2009 in Logroño), and has offered support and start-up consultancy for Spanish companies in Germany since 2005.

He is member of the board of the German-Spanish-Lawyers-Association (DSJV-AHAJ).

Music is his great passion. He has been playing the guitar and piano since he was a child with a focus on classical singing in recent years. Ultimately, football too has become more than a hobby for him. Since October of 2014, he has been a Supervisory Board member at the traditional Bundesliga football club Fortuna Düsseldorf.
